Today's work place is very different from what it used to be few years ago. There are three generations the traditionalist, baby boomers, generation X and generation Y ( born between 1980 and 2000 ) called the Millennials. All generations have their own pros and cons and different working and motivational factors. Millennials comprise a big percentage of the work force. They are more empowered, with distinct identity and innovative ideas. They are young, energetic and ready to change the world.
