The new buzzword in the Corporate sector is work life balance. Companies want their employees to live fulfilling lives and remain productive at work so they have come with the concept of balance. A balance is necessary be it in personal or professional life as every person wants stability in life and career.
Millennials
Today's work place is very different from what it used to be few years ago. There are three generations the traditionalist, baby boomers, generation X and generation Y ( born between 1980 and 2000 ) called the Millennials. All generations have their own pros and cons and different working and motivational factors. Millennials comprise a big percentage of the work force. They are more empowered, with distinct identity and innovative ideas. They are young, energetic and ready to change the world. They are less experienced than gen x but ready to experiment and take risks.
