I conducted training program at JCI Nagpur Green City on “Stress Management” on 27th April 2014. My audience comprised of school students and ladies.

I received recognition from Dr Ambedkar College, Nagpur for being a part of Unnati 2013 - 2014. I conducted training program on Stress Management.

I would like to thank Dr Pratibha Seria madam and Suresh Chari sir for giving me an opportunity to be a part of Unnati 2013 - 2014.

I conducted training program at Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar College on "Stress Management" on 5th October 2013. My audience comprised of Graduation students from Arts, Science and Commerce background.

Everyone faces stress but it is upon us how perfectly we handle it and get rid of it or manage it. A lot of people fail to manage stress efficiently which leads to lots of tension and health problems. In my training program i discussed on Stress, Types of Stress and ways of handling stress.

I conducted training program at JCI Umred on “Stress Management” for Police Officers of Umred on the occasion of Jaycees week. It was indeed a great opportunity for me to conduct a session on Stress Management for Law protectors.

My audience comprised of police officers from all ranks. I conducted session on what is Stress ? What causes Stress ? and How to manage Stress ? My audience responded very well during the whole session. I also conducted chart and paper activity in which all the police officers participated with great enthusiasm.

I received recognition from Dr Ambedkar College, Nagpur for being a part of Unnati 2012 - 2013. I conducted training program on Human Relations and Stress Management. It was really a proud moment to receive recognition from the hands of Chief Guest Dr Surendra Vinayak Gole, Principal, Nagpur Institute of Technology.

Life Ok

I am going to conduct training program along with my team (Jigna Thakkar & Manish Gupta) at Junior Chamber International National Convention being held at Lulu International, Kerala on 28th December 2012. The topic of training is “Life OK”. In this training program i will be covering - Discover your true self and my team members will be covering Stress Management and Jindagi Na Milegi Dobara.

What is stress ? Stress is something which takes away the peace of our mind. What happens when we lose peace of mind ? We get disturbed and we are not able to work. Our thinking gets negative and we blame everyone for all the wrong things which happen with us. So now we are in stress.

I got an opportunity to conduct training program at JCI Durg/ Bhilai on “Be Better”. I was appointed as the Pilot Faculty for MCID (Multi Chapter ID Program) along with two co-pilots Sandeep ji and Ekta ji. The program concentrated on Managing Self, Family, Profession and Social life of a person. The program was on how to better ourselves in each aspect of our life by upgrading our skills everyday or in other terms getting better each day.
