I have worked on the invisible part of myself by trusting my intuition and the “Man who changed my life for a lifetime”. I tried a few things but none of them materialized. Then one day one of my school friends came to meet me. He said Rashmi why don’t you move ahead and do a job. Just start your career so that you get out of your home environment, meet people and figure out what’s next in your life. I thought it to be a good and genuine suggestion because he is one of my school friends and well settled in his life now.

Looking back in my past days i discover how much time i utilized and how much time i wasted doing useless things which were never important but i did them just to impress people and show people how different i was, how intelligent i was. It is only later in life that i realized if i am great or intelligent i don’t need to prove anyone nor do i need approval of anyone to tell me who i am.
I realized i could have been successful much before but the delay was just due to my own attitude and personal belief.
I am going to conduct training program along with my team (Jigna Thakkar & Manish Gupta) at Junior Chamber International National Convention being held at Lulu International, Kerala on 28th December 2012. I feel almost everyone delegates work which consumes their quality time and can be looked after by some one else. Business houses, employers, senior employees, children and house wives, all are really great at delegating work systematically. As an employer and CEO of VinayRas Infotech i had to delegate a lot of my work to be done by programmers or other data entry employees. I used to look after rest of the work which needed my skill and knowledge. It is always better to do the work which suits us and delegate the rest for which we can hire someone and pay an affordable price.
