Knowledge

I was prompted to write this article as many people claim they lack certain knowledge or do not know whom to approach for solutions. I just want to ask a question do we really need someone to find solutions to our problems ? or we can solve them ourselves by digging more and more. Thinking about the problem and looking for solutions on Google. I really thank Google for making such a powerful search engine which solves all the problems.

I have coached more than 300 participants and have sharpened my skills as a trainer. Everyone ranging from engineers, students, teachers, government servant, Entrepreneur & private sector employees have been benefited by my training programs. It feels great when my participants do a great job after attending my training and giving me feedback that their life and thinking has improved after the training. It is the biggest satisfaction as a trainer. The feedback helps me in polishing my skills and moving a step ahead to satisfy them.

Role Play

Role play refers to changing of one's behavior to assume a particular role. Trainers conduct role plays to give practical demonstration of what has been studied by the audience. The audience size may vary from 30, 60 to 100 or more. Form groups according to names of colors, seasons, months in a year or days in a week. Once done ask the members to sit in their respective groups. If a group contains 10 participants the trainer should be able to provide topics where whole group can participate.

Following things should be kept in mind before preparing topics for role play -

JCI Nag Feme training program

My first ZTWS ( Zone Trainer Work Shop) assignment was given to me by Dr Archana Jaiswal, President JCI Nag Feme. I conducted 3 hrs training program on ' Leadership in Action'. It was the first time i was really teaching some one as a trainer. The audience contained both house wives and working ladies (Its a ladies chapter). They were very enthusiastic about the session and the training program went very smooth. I planned an activity of making a kirana shop from sweet packets, chocolates, balloons, straws and pins. Very creative audience. Everyone was done with the shop after 15 minutes.
