Flying Bee

From my childhood days i used to think only the intelligent person can earn money and be successful in life. If i don't study well i will not get a good job and will be struck by failures. I need to go and work abroad to earn money and prove myself to be successful or at least visit overseas very often to show off. These were my childhood thinking's but when i grew up i found things to be quite different. The world which i imagined and the actual existing one were quite different. Why they were different ?

RBC Replacement

I was very much moved by the article on "Replacement Theory" published in Times Ascent, 4th May 2011. Lets discuss what is Replacement Theory – Its finding your replacement when you want to leave a job or climb the upper ladder of success. This helps a lot as the work does not suffers and the employer is happy as the replacement is another person who knows his job. When the person leaving a job finds a replacement and trains the new hire according to the job requirements, lots of problems gets sorted and the HR is at peace.

Highlight something which is not mentioned in your resume. Your achievements which falls in sync with the company’s requirements. Something great about your personality which sets you apart from the crowd.

For example - I am very good at maintaining interpersonal relations. There were a time when the unity of our friends group was about to break, i took charge of the situation and removed all misunderstandings and convinced everyone, united we have stand and divided we fall.

Change My Life

Stages of Butterfly

I asked God to change my life. He replied i cannot. I asked him why ? He told me that i had all the powers and needed no help. “ I had all the powers of changing my own self “ sounded very strange, but yes i felt great that i had all the powers which i needed to change my own self, my work life and my family. The problem with most of us is that we are so used to complaining that we do not concentrate on the solutions but cry just about our problem. Look in to the mirror, what you saw. Its your own image , your own shadow.
