I was little amused to read that the Axe effect advertisement was facing a legal problem when a person filed a suit for not getting the effect shown on the television. Its great at least some one raised his voice against the misleading advertisement. These commercials promises a lot but the actual product causes no such effect. I just cannot understand why these branded companies are lying with the customers and playing with their emotions. Is it just for selling their product or service ? Or to show their superiority when compared to other brands.

This question is asked by the interviewer to know more about you. Your answer will tell the interviewer how best you fit for the job at hand.

Nagpur has matured as a place in terms of educational system and job prospects. There was a day when lots of candidates left nagpur to study at premier Colleges conducting MBA or other professional courses. But now the scenario has changed and good educational institutions have opened to tap the good brains of the city. I never realized the impact of training till i enrolled for one and it changed my thought process and my life. I did not realized the power of positive words and its impact until i was struck by one. Hard skills will help us rise but we cannot enter and occupy the hearts of people until and unless we know how to communicate, what to communicate and when to communicate. Managers can do a great job if they know how to bring all people together and delegate work.

I purchased Hitachi Air Conditioner for home from Reliance Digital, Empress City Mall. It worked fine for one month and then i started facing problems of cooling. I called up Hitachi service center and they told me that they will charge for the services. Free service will be provided by Reliance Digital people and i should contact them for the services. Reliance Digital people came and told me that gas has leaked from the A/C , it meant that the unit was not installed properly. How could the cooling gas leak in just one month.

There are few questions flashing in my mind before i begin writing. What is Self image ? And how its shapes our future ? Self image is the the way we perceive ourselves. The work or activities we do is the reflection of our self. The words which we speak, the way we walk, talk, eat, treat others or live our life everything defines us. Its your real image which you cannot conceal from the whole world, its something which is visible. We might act as an impostor at times but our real image is displayed and it cannot be hidden.

I am happy the way i am why do i need to learn Effective Public Speaking? What difference it will make in my life ? Why do i work hard to change myself ? There are many people who are successful with or without some qualities but that never means that we cannot learn something new. We can impress someone with our first look, effective communication, gestures and voice modulation. These can create wonders when we know how and when to communicate. Many of us give presentations and are given public speaking opportunities but we fail to create that impact, Ever asked yourself why ?

I would suggest interviewees to maintain their cool and not to over react. Just think that your life is not going to end if you do not clear this interview. There is always a next time where you can prove yourself and get selected. The interviewer asks this question to see how you react to it. He is just checking your emotional balance. Few candidates burst at this declaration. Its always recommended that you maintain your calm. The interviewer wants to know how you react when adversity affects you or when you are unprepared to handle a failure.

There are many changes that happen in life. As a girl we have various roles to play. We were four sisters and i being the second had lots of responsibilities over my shoulders.
