This is an article that has been requested by one of my readers. We all are human beings and I would say we are a tiny spec on this huge planet called earth where we all reside and handling emotions is the biggest challenge. First, let me tell you that your emotions are governed by planetary forces. When a planet shifts, goes retrograde, moves direct or conjuncts there is a certain change in energy in the entire universe and so there is a shift in your emotions as well. When you have a full moon or no moon day, then also your emotions get affected.

I conducted training program at JCI Nagpur Lady Legend on “Mother and Child Psychology” on 20th July 2014. My participants comprised of parents and their children. I shared my own experiences of parenting. It was indeed a great experience sharing my insights on psychology of mother. Why a child reacts differently in different situations? What to do to help our child lead a stress free life?
The session was fun filled with lots of thought sharing. I thoroughly enjoyed conducting training program at JCI Nagpur Lady Legend on “Mother & Child Psychology”.

Every time i see my child i ask myself the same question, Have i given enough time to my child ? In the fast moving scenario, with growing responsibilities and so much work load we find it difficult to share quality time with our child. There is a difference between staying together in the same house with kids for 8 – 10 hours and spending quality time with them. I can be at home doing office work or just watching television. That is not quality time, quality time is just being with the child and concentrating on him/her. Playing, spending time together or watching movies.

Parents are role models to children. Parents play a major role in the upbringing of a child. The responsibility as a parent towards their children is a greater responsibility as one wrong doing can change the perception of the child towards the parent. It is easy to become a parent but sometimes it gets difficult to play the role. Parents nurture their children from the day they are born till they are grown enough to lead their own lives. Parents act as a guardian, friend, philosopher and guide to their children. Parents are whole world to their children.
