I was very much moved by the article on "Replacement Theory" published in Times Ascent, 4th May 2011. Lets discuss what is Replacement Theory – Its finding your replacement when you want to leave a job or climb the upper ladder of success. This helps a lot as the work does not suffers and the employer is happy as the replacement is another person who knows his job. When the person leaving a job finds a replacement and trains the new hire according to the job requirements, lots of problems gets sorted and the HR is at peace.

.Know the expertise of the company you are applying for the job
.If you have expertise in Java don't apply in a company which works only in PHP as it makes no sense.
.Just don't post resume to any email id which you get hold of from websites. It may so happen that you mail the wrong person and he may mark that as junk.
.Please find out appropriate email id's of HR for mailing. They are the persons involved in to recruitment.
