Manoj Sherki ji, President JCI Nagpur Gondwana gave me an opportunity to take training program on “ Goal Setting “ on 24th April 2011 at Orange City Hotel, Mahajan Market. He coordinated very well and arranged for LCD Projector & materials required for activity. Participants were from diverse backgrounds comprising of private sector employees, Entrepreneurs, home maker and students. It was the first time i was taking training program in this chapter. The audience was eager to find out whether i will meet their expectations or not. The training program started on sunday morning at 10:15 AM and the audience started listening to me and responding to my questions. It felt great. They accepted me there as a trainer and were ready to learn from me. They came up with very innovative ideas and i was touched by greatness of one of the participants who wanted to build “ Vridh Ashram “ and had this as his long term goal. His kindness touched me. The audience participated very well in the “ Ice Cream Sticks “ activity and then presented their work along with their group. Past president of JCI Nagpur Gondwana was present to judge their work. The best group got chocolates as their prize and i could see the sparkle of success in their eyes. The training program ended and the participants interacted with me just to exchange few words. I felt glad in my heart to see their satisfied faces and telling me about the success of my training program.
