In a fast-paced world where everyone is busy with their own lives and have very less time left for other people, it is very easy to misunderstand someone rather than understand him. It takes time to understand the other person while it is easy to judge the other person in no time. Life is a rat race where people are running after one thing or the other so when it comes to understanding the other person, no one has time for that. People come to conclusions, make a judgment and hence ruin their best relationship which was about to grow in the long term.

I am writing this article on my own personal experience. I always wanted to define what is quality and what my customers perceived as quality service. Quality is a term associated not just with the product but also the service. The way you sell a product and how much faith a customer can bestow on you for after sales service. If you think i have sold my product and my work is done, then you are wrong. You may sell only to a single person but you will not get repeat sales from the same customer, nor his friend circle.

I was tempted to write this article today according to my own experience.

Nagpur has matured as a place in terms of educational system and job prospects. There was a day when lots of candidates left nagpur to study at premier Colleges conducting MBA or other professional courses. But now the scenario has changed and good educational institutions have opened to tap the good brains of the city. A lot of jobs are available which increases employment quotient of these candidates.

It was a great opportunity provided to me by Dr Archana Jaiswal ( President JCI Nag Feme ) to take training program for " Jaiswal Community ladies" under the banner of JCI Nag Feme on 20th September 2010. Timing was 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM. Ladies were from all age groups starting from 30 to 60. The Topic for Training was " How to Combat Anger and Jealousy ". Dr Archana Started with what causes jealousy and measures to reduce them. She conducted an activity where 4 - 5 participants were asked to remove their slippers and asked the rest of the crowd to try it out.
