I conducted training program at Dhanwate National College on 27th September 2013 on "Body Language". My audience comprised of graduation students. They were very excited to learn about body language.

I taught them the importance of body language in communication and why it is the most important part of Non Verbal communication, tips to improve their body language and how to read others. I enhanced their knowledge on right gestures and postures for effective communication.

It was fun conducting the training program and the students were very participative and attentive.

Motivation

Motivation is a will to do something to achieve our goal. Motivation is the driving force behind individuals who wish to achieve something in life. Motivation is the driving force to get success and it distinguishes the ordinary from the extraordinary. The driving force takes the person ahead and helps him achieve the impossible. Motivation is required to traverse on a particular path. We need motivation at each and every step of our life. To do something, to complete a particular task. Day to day motivation is important in a persons life.

Creativity

I am sometimes amazed at God's creation but yes few things exist because they have to and that is their destiny. There is no end to creativity and innovation and we all are born with it. It is just over a period of time that we grow old and shut down our creativity and start thinking logically.

Soft Skills Training Institute

I never realized the impact of training till i enrolled for one and it changed my thought process and my life. I did not realized the power of positive words and its impact until i was struck by one. Soft skills training plays a vital role in a persons life but yes we have to realize that we need it and be a change we want to see. Hard skills will help us rise but we cannot enter and occupy the hearts of people until and unless we know how to communicate, what to communicate and when to communicate. Managers can do a great job if they know how to bring all people together and delegate work.
