Life comes with all its twists and turns. You simply cannot stop things from happening in your life but yes you can work on your life and change your attitude towards it so that you can better deal with it. These ups and downs in life sometimes become so severe and carry for so long that you get depressed. Planetary changes, day to day stress, change of behavior of loved ones and heated words causes depression. You cannot run away from it nor can you avoid it since you are a human being. As a human being, you have to feel all the emotions be it happiness, sorrows or pains.

Every time i see my child i ask myself the same question, Have i given enough time to my child ? In the fast moving scenario, with growing responsibilities and so much work load we find it difficult to share quality time with our child. There is a difference between staying together in the same house with kids for 8 – 10 hours and spending quality time with them. I can be at home doing office work or just watching television. That is not quality time, quality time is just being with the child and concentrating on him/her. Playing, spending time together or watching movies.

Parents are role models to children. Parents play a major role in the upbringing of a child. The responsibility as a parent towards their children is a greater responsibility as one wrong doing can change the perception of the child towards the parent. It is easy to become a parent but sometimes it gets difficult to play the role. Parents nurture their children from the day they are born till they are grown enough to lead their own lives. Parents act as a guardian, friend, philosopher and guide to their children. Parents are whole world to their children.

Endometriosis is a condition in which the endometrium grows outside the uterus and can hamper normal functioning of the body. A lady having endometriosis experience many symptoms till it is diagnosed by the doctor that the patient is suffering due to the disease. The pain in the abdomen never goes away and increases during mensuration and ovulation. Heavy bleeding is linked to endometriosis. According to doctors the problem is due to endometrium which grows here and there outside the uterus which sheds along with the monthly cycle.
