What is stress ? Stress is something which takes away the peace of our mind. What happens when we lose peace of mind ? We get disturbed and we are not able to work. Our thinking gets negative and we blame everyone for all the wrong things which happen with us. So now we are in stress.

Life is never a cake walk. Life gives us hope and courage to live. We experience both happiness and sorrows while moving ahead in life. They are two sides of the same coin. There are both joyful and sad moments in life but that does not stops us from living life to the fullest and give a full stop to our ambition.
