Every company big or small wants satisfied customers and leaves no stone unturned to satisfy and pamper them. Companies come up with different schemes and packages to woo customers. After all customer is king and if the king is unhappy then things will really turn gloomy. Every branded company has got a good customer service department to help clients solve their problems with the product, service or store. We as customers are liable to get good service from the company and if we get problems with the product we can directly complain them and solve the problem.

Every day new jobs are created and still we are facing the heat of unemployment. Have we ever thought of why ? Why are candidates not getting employed even after having a long list of degrees in their resume. Is there problem with the educational system ? Candidate ? or the company which is demanding too much ? Have we ever tried to answer these questions. Lets think about the problem and look at it from a different angle. Is the unemployed mass really employable ? If not what are the drawbacks ? We need to answer these questions or else the problem will keep on aggravating.

Internet – A Boon or Bane

Its 21st century and the world is moving at the pace of light. Internet helps us in connecting to the whole world just at the click of the button. You can chat, send mails and update your knowledge by browsing all types of sites. Its cheap. If you think of calling everyone it will cost you a lot. But there should be limitations to everything. You must have heard the proverb “Anything in excess causes damage “. To a certain limit its really great. You can do video conferencing and learn new stuffs without moving places. But once things exceed limits problems start evolving.

Regional Conference 2009

The Regional Conference ( RC ) held on Sunday, 24th May 2009 at IMA Hall Nagpur was a great hit. The pro gramme named “Hungama” was hosted by JCI Nagpur Gondwana. The programme schedule involved activities for everyone in the family starting from elderly to the most youngest in the family. Children s enjoyed the most. The programme started at 9:30 am and ended at 9:30 pm. The best part was Lucky Draw for Holiday package for first 200 entries. Everyone was interested in the Holiday package. I feel that few people came just for package and not for attending RC.

Interpersonal skills is not a new word in today's business scenario. Its importance is the same as it was years back and it will remain important in the forth coming years. Gone are the days when people use succeed with poor interpersonal skills and even reached high positions. the scenario is quite changed now and you cannot progress in life with poor interpersonal skills. Some possess high and some possess low interpersonal skills but the most successful person is one who knows how to use his skill.
