Interpersonal skills are life skills which are needed in a person to interact with others. Every day we communicate in personal and professional environment. The ability to speak clearly, to the point and not beat in the bush is a big art which needs to be mastered. To put your point forward without hurting the other person. Our behavior, attitude and perception plays a big role while communicating with the other person. This helps us in regulating our behavior and helps us in talking with the other person.
Interpersonal skills
I conducted training program on Interpersonal Skills and Positive Attitude on 29th November 2014 at PV Textiles (Jam), Samudrapur, Wardha. The program was conducted for middle Level Management employees. At the start of the training i pulled the participants out of their comfort zone by ice breaking activity. The participants got out of their comfort zone and got into a learning mode. They work in a monotonous work environment so my job was to bring them out of their work. Refresh them so that they could carry on their routine work with a new feeling.
Interpersonal skills is not a new word in today's business scenario. Its importance is the same as it was years back and it will remain important in the forth coming years. Gone are the days when people use succeed with poor interpersonal skills and even reached high positions. the scenario is quite changed now and you cannot progress in life with poor interpersonal skills. Some possess high and some possess low interpersonal skills but the most successful person is one who knows how to use his skill.
