I was really moved while going through management concepts of WALTER EDWARD DEMING.

Few of them which touched me are -
1) Drive out fear so that everyone may work effectively for the company.
2) Break down barriers between departments.
3) Institute a vigorous program of Education and self- improvement.

Business Success depends on few things -

1) The failure to focus single mindedly on sales in the number one cause of Business failure.
