The Year 2015 is coming to an end and so are the worries. We all are ready to welcome New Year 2016 with open arms. I wanted to end this year on a happy note and ignite the spark in some ladies who are preparing to start something of their own this new year. I am writing this article for all those souls who waited long enough and have gathered courage to take 2016 head on. The journey of lady is a different from that of men. We are the ones who build homes, become a mother and look after our babies. We take a break from our work and some even leave their careers just for their families.
