I conducted training program at Dr Ambedkar College, Nagpur on Human Relations under the banner of Unnati on 21 September 2011. It was a nice moment to share my own experiences with them. Students were from Bachelors of Arts, science and Commerce background. They were very enthusiastic about the program. As it was afternoon time i was aware that they were not prepared and ready for one more lecture. I conducted an interactive session with them. Yes they started responding. It really felt great to receive answers from 40 students sharing their experiences and views.
They opened up with me. The ice breaking session was successful. I taught them the value of relationship, Why communication is important in a relationship, how to establish trust, ways to maintain good relationship, Do's and Don't for maintaining good human relations.
I had planned the program keeping their age in mind. They listened with concentration. They posed different questions and i tried to satisfy them.
They enjoyed the program and understood the need of soft skills in enhancing their personality along with the hard skills. I would like to thank Dr Deepa Panekar & Dr ( Mrs) Malti Reddy for such a great initiative for welfare of students.
