I conducted training program at Bhagini Nivedita working women's Hostel, Nagpur on 10th September 2012 under the banner of JCI Nagpur Pratibha. My audience comprised of Working women and students. The topic of training was “Growing Together” or “Team Building”.
I started the training program talking about what is a team ? And the importance of team. The success rate when a single person does work and when a team comes in to play. I talked about delegation of work and assigning right person for the right job. To have confidence and faith when working together in a team. The importance of communication and working towards a common goal rather than our personal goal. The importance of moving together in a team.
They girls interacted a lot with me and came up with several questions. I cleared their doubts and gave them example of Goose which migrated in a V form so that it increased their efficiency during flight. The importance of a leader and the qualities of a leader.
The program served as an eye opener for the ladies. I was happy that my training program served their purpose.
