Goals occupy an important aspect in our life. The thing which needs to be kept in mind while setting goals is when dreaming, dream big. Big and higher goals can be achieved by coming out of our comfort zone. Comfort zone is a zone which we have fixed for ourselves, we feel very relaxed and tension free in this zone as there are no day to day challenges. But when we aim big we have to move out of our comfort zone. we cannot reach great heights by staying in our comfort zone. Moving out of the zone is not easy.

After a 5 day tiring work schedule an employee gets totally exhausted. This employee will not contribute effectively until and unless he has a calm mind and low stress level. This is where soft skills training comes in the fore front. It not only helps De-stress an employee but also teaches them new skills a healthy way. A well equipped trainer knows how to craft a training program to maintain a learning and light atmosphere. It is well proved scientifically that a light atmosphere leads to more learning than a tensed up atmosphere covering theories.

This question is asked by the interviewer to know more about you. Your answer will tell the interviewer how best you fit for the job at hand.
Nagpur has matured as a place in terms of educational system and job prospects. There was a day when lots of candidates left nagpur to study at premier Colleges conducting MBA or other professional courses. But now the scenario has changed and good educational institutions have opened to tap the good brains of the city. A lot of jobs are available which increases employment quotient of these candidates.
I never realized the impact of training till i enrolled for one and it changed my thought process and my life. I did not realized the power of positive words and its impact until i was struck by one. Soft skills training plays a vital role in a persons life but yes we have to realize that we need it and be a change we want to see. Hard skills will help us rise but we cannot enter and occupy the hearts of people until and unless we know how to communicate, what to communicate and when to communicate. Managers can do a great job if they know how to bring all people together and delegate work.
I would suggest interviewees to maintain their cool and not to over react. Just think that your life is not going to end if you do not clear this interview. There is always a next time where you can prove yourself and get selected. The interviewer asks this question to see how you react to it. He is just checking your emotional balance. Few candidates burst at this declaration. Its always recommended that you maintain your calm. The interviewer wants to know how you react when adversity affects you or when you are unprepared to handle a failure.
1) Be well prepared for the interview
2) Arrive 15 mins early at the place of interview
3) Carry several copies of your resume.
4) Carry pen and A-4 size paper with you for the interview
5) Greet the receptionist. It shows your humble nature.
6) Do not talk or laugh out loudly. Maintain office decorum.
7) Do not fix two consecutive interviews in the same day as you never know how much time your first interview will take.
8) Greet the interviewer after entering the room.
9) Take permission and sit down.
10) Do not slouch at the time of interview.
Highlight something which is not mentioned in your resume. Your achievements which falls in sync with the company’s requirements. Something great about your personality which sets you apart from the crowd.
For example - I am very good at maintaining interpersonal relations. There were a time when the unity of our friends group was about to break, i took charge of the situation and removed all misunderstandings and convinced everyone, united we have stand and divided we fall.
