I had a LG washing machine which ran fine for 5yrs then started troubling me from 1st january 2011. I wanted to replace it as i wanted to purchase some new model with more features. I went to Reliance Digital situated at Empress Mall, chose a Whirlpool Professional sport washing machine and finally purchased it on 9th january 2011. Machine was delivered to me on 10th january 2011 and installed on 11th january 2011. My mental agony started from day of installation. The machine reflected DLE error from the day of installation. Whirlpool service centre people tried to rectify the problem but in vain. The machine ran fine for 2 days and again same problem of DLE error. The machine has very noisy drum and the sound is really unbearable.
Service centre people came almost every day to recify it and assured me that it is a small problem of “ Door Lock Error “ and things will be fine. But after 15 days DLE error problem was not yet sorted. I contacted whirlpool head office and told them about my problem. They replaced the machine.
I though chalo things will be fine now but no the DLE was in no mood to leave me and my New whirlpool washing machine. I had to bear with that faulty machine for 15 days . I started having dreams with DLE error. I contacted Reliance digital people and asked them to solve my problem and replace Whirlpool machine with another machine of different company. They helped me a lot. I finally purchased Samsung fully automatic Washer Drier and am a happy person now.
The purpose behind writing this blog is “ Please think 10 times before purchasing a Whirlpool washing machine”. You too can become a victim like me and get tired by calling all Whirlpool service centre people.
