Its an article on survey carried out by readers digest team to know if generation of today are honest or not.
They purchased 960 medium range mobile phones and left it at different places in India and abroad and they got amazing results. They left 30 phones in Mumbai and got 26 back. They left the phone in a busy place and then would ring the phone. They kept an eye on the phone and the person who picked it. When any one found the phone ringing they would either pick up the call or switch off the phone and steal it.
